Job descriptions for feedback
We are preparing to advertise for a rabbi and rebbitzin and would like to hear views from members and community organisations on the draft job descriptions.
We have two job descriptions – one for the rabbi and one for the rebbitzin/rabbanit – designed to be read together:
We are also currently advertising for an interim rabbi using the draft rabbi job description to guide applicants for the interim role.
However, we’re wanting your feedback on these two job descriptions above for the permanent roles rather than the temporary one.
In particular, we would like to know if there’s anything else that you feel should be in the job descriptions.
Note that that a job description is intended to be a high-level overview of a role and the work it does; it is not a contract and it is not a workplan.
